Drainage System Agreement

The moratorium on the installation of underground pipe for drainage has been lifted.  However, before proceeding -- check with the Chairman of the Drainage Committee, Gordon Wall, 247-4476.  Any resident who wants to put in the underground drainage must have the approval of the drainage chairperson.

The pipes must be laid according to the Master Drainage Study completed in 2006 and by an approved landscaper. Also, the water flow is the responsibility of the homeowner and not the association.
