Fees and Fines
A fine of $100.00 per day shall be
charged for Restrictive Covenant violations.
A fine of a minimum of $100.00 shall be charged for
forcing or damaging the security gates or gate controllers in
Brandywine Bay. Exact fine will be determined by the
cost to repair the gates and/or controllers.
